Product Design
Reel brake (second brake)
- Power-off braking + over speed braking.
- Located at the end of the drive chain, it belongs to the low-speed shaft safety brake.
- When the reel is working normally, the brake is in the open state. Once there is a power failure or over speed failure, the ratchet mechanism is triggered, the pawl immediately locks the reel to prevent the ladle from falling.
- Double protection of power failure and over speed, more secure.
Low-speed shaft brake protection range:
Sudden power failure, first brake failure, motor stall, gearbox shaft broken, output shaft broken.
