Safety operation procedures for bridge cranes

Pre-operation inspection

1. Check whether the electrical system of the crane is normal and whether the cables and wiring are intact.

3. Check whether the limit device, brake, and emergency stop device are sensitive and reliable.

Start and operation

1. Operators must undergo professional training and hold an operation certificate, and must not operate without permission.

2. Before starting, sound the whistle or send a signal to remind people around to pay attention to safety.

3. During operation, you must concentrate and must not chat or play with your mobile phone.

4. After starting the crane, you should first run it without load to check whether the equipment is normal.

Lifting process

1. When lifting heavy objects, the weight must not exceed the rated load of the crane.

2. The lifting of heavy objects must be kept stable to avoid sudden rise and fall.

3. During the lifting process, it is strictly forbidden to stand or pass under the lifting object.

4. During the lifting process, the operator should always pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent collisions.

Parking and shutdown

1. After completing the lifting operation, the hook should be raised to an appropriate height to prevent collisions when idle.

2. When shutting down, cut off the power supply and lock the control cabinet to prevent non-operating personnel from operating incorrectly.

3. After each operation, the equipment should be checked to promptly identify and solve existing problems.
