Description

Single girder overhead cranes are lightweight overhead cranes used for infrequent use or light services with load capacities from 1 to 20 tons. Common specifications include 1 ton, 2 ton, 3 ton, 4 ton, 5 ton, 8 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton and 20 ton overhead crane. Light bridge cranes are manufactured in strict accordance with DIN, FEM, and ISO standards, and the production and inspection processes strictly follow European standards.

The structure of single girder overhead crane

Single girder overhead crane is consisting of the main beam, end beam,electric hoist, travelling mechanism, hand controller,and electrical control system. The electric hoist can move horizontally on the rail fitted under a beam.This type crane holds many characters of light structure, easy to install and maintain, which is typically used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications where efficiency or downtime are critical factors, for instance, plants, warehouses, or material stocks. The beam adopts the whole type without welding, which structure is more reasonable and reliable.Cabin, radio controller or hand controller can be used for operating.
